Data handling and custody
Intake conversations contain death, money and family conflict. The
custody rules are written down before anything goes live.
Where data lives
US-hosted infrastructure. Transcripts and matter records are written
into the firm's own practice management system, so the authoritative copy
sits inside systems the firm already controls.
Model training
Client conversations are never used to train or fine-tune any model.
Model providers are used under agreements that exclude training on
submitted content.
Access
Access is limited to the people who operate the assistant, on
least-privilege terms, and is logged. The firm can revoke access at any
time.
Retention and deletion
Operational logs are retained only as long as needed to run and
improve the assistant, and are deleted on written request within 30 days.
The firm keeps its own copies in its practice management system.
Ownership
The configuration, response set, integrations and transcripts belong
to the firm. If an engagement ends, documentation is handed over.
