Privacy policy
Effective 25 August 2026. This policy covers altomic.ai and the intake
assistants it operates for law firms. It describes what actually happens
today, and claims no certifications.
Who we are
We build and operate client-intake assistants for estate
planning, probate and trust administration law firms. When you contact a
firm that uses altomic.ai, we process your inquiry on that firm's behalf
and under its instructions. Contact: mohamed@altomic.ai.
What we collect
Only what you provide when you contact a firm: your name, the contact
details you supply, and the content of your messages. Voicemail may be
transcribed into the same written thread. We also record timestamps and
which internal rule applied to a reply, so the firm can supervise the
assistant. We do not accept or store documents, and we never collect
payment card details.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, gather the facts the firm needs, schedule a
consultation, and hand the thread to a named person when your question
requires judgment. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell,
rent or trade it.
Text messages
Mobile numbers are used solely to reply to an inquiry you started.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or
affiliates for their own marketing. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for
help.
AI models and training
Conversations are processed by large language models to draft replies.
Firm and client data is never used to train or fine-tune any model.
Who can see it
The law firm you contacted, and Mohamed Abdi, who operates altomic.ai.
There is no support team, offshore queue or contractor with a login.
Where it lives, and how long
US-hosted infrastructure, with the authoritative copy in the firm's own
practice management system. Operational records are kept only as long as
needed to run and audit the assistant, and deleted on written request
within 30 days.
Your choices
Email mohamed@altomic.ai to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have
it deleted. The firm's own copy is governed by its professional
obligations, so direct those requests to the firm.
