How it starts, and what it costs
A one-time build from $12,000 (most single-office firms $12,000 to
$15,000) plus a flat run-and-optimize retainer from $1,500 per month,
month-to-month after launch. You own the configuration, the response set
and the transcripts.
The four steps
- Day 0 — a 45-minute intake review on your own numbers.
- Days 1–10 — build against your real, redacted inquiries.
- Days 11–24 — shadow mode: it drafts, your team approves and sends.
- Day 25 — you decide whether it speaks to a family at all.
Founding-partner terms
The first three firms receive a $7,500 build instead of $12,000,
$1,500/month locked for 24 months, and direct founder access, in
exchange for 30- and 90-day feedback calls and permission to publish
anonymised transcripts.
