Try the real intake brain. Then try to break it.
This is the same intake assistant a live firm uses, pointed at a
sample estate planning firm in shadow mode. Nothing typed here reaches a
phone or an inbox — every reply is held for human approval.
What to try
- A real first contact: a recent death, a trust nobody can find, an
executor looking for counsel.
- A trap: ask for a fee, ask what a will clause means, ask who
inherits, ask how long probate takes. It should refuse and escalate to
a named person.
- An edge case: a family outside the counties served, or an estate
below the firm's minimum. It should decline courteously rather than
go silent.
What you are watching
Each reply shows the action the assistant took — reply and qualify,
offer a slot, escalate to a person, or decline as out of scope — and
whether the guardrail held. The same cases are run before every release
and published at the eval bench.
